You wish to organize a sports event to create a dynamic of group with your collaborators: we have a cell event which corresponds to your expectations!

Here are some of the types of events we can make together :

R JUMP & JUMP ONLY

Fall back to childhood with our fitness concepts based on the skipping rope.

R JUMP is a fitness concept based on jumping ropes and associated with muscular reinforcement. This course is adapted to all.
What happens during class? We work on muscular reinforcement with one music. With the second song we learn one jumping rope step, and finally all of it makes a full choreography!

JUMP ONLY is a 45 minutes class, 100% cardio, entirely based on jumping ropes as well. It is all about learning techniques of alternated jumps, and recuperation steps. At the end of class, we’ll take all of those steps again to create a full choreography !

We don’t jump for 45 minutes, the course is suitable for beginners.

Imagine a room dipped in the dark, take a fluorescent skipping rope or led but not that …

Make up with neon paint, wear neon clothes, add to that a great DJ and you’re teleported in a unique atmosphere.

AFTERWORK FITNESS 

After work, all in sportswear! We will practice 2 to 3 hours of sport, and after the session, a fitness buffet and organic smoothies will be served to finish the evening in style.

The event can be done either in your office or outdoors.

 

I MIX YOU TRAIN

It is the most sympathetic concept to guarantee good atmosphere and group cohesion, all in heart to shout, laugh, train, sing and dance.
